She is an inspiration for me. First of all because she is a woman and because she represents Middle Eastern culture closes to the Cypriot culture. The fact that an Iranian woman of a strict Muslim background is today acknowledged as one of the premier contemporary visual artists of our times encourages women of all backgrounds to pursue their dreams and aspirations in this field.
